Custom Odorizer Liquid Dip Tubes | Stainless Steel

Select every whole-inch tube cut length from 3 to 69 inches. Length is measured end to end on the straight tube, excluding fittings. Fractional lengths under 70 inches and special configurations require a custom quote.

Standard tube walls: 0.065 inch for 1/4- and 3/8-inch OD; 0.083 inch for 1/2-inch OD. Final dimensions and service suitability are confirmed before fabrication.

What does an odorizer liquid dip tube do?
It extends into an odorant tank or reservoir to provide a liquid withdrawal path for the odorizer supply connection.

Can I order a fractional length?
Yes, by custom quote. Online purchase offers 3 to 69 inches in whole-inch increments; request a quote for a fractional length under 70 inches.

Can the tube diameter and NPT threads change?
Yes. Select the standard options above or request a custom quote for another size or connection.

Is a valve included?
Choose With ball valve to include an isolation valve. Without valve supplies the tube and fitting assembly.

Will it fit my existing odorizer?
Fit depends on your tank opening, insertion depth, tube size, and outlet arrangement. Provide these details so the configuration can be confirmed before fabrication.

Is this limited to one odorant?
No specific odorant blend is assumed. Provide the fluid or blend so material and seal compatibility can be evaluated. Other liquid applications are available for evaluation by custom quote.

Online ordering combinations

• 1/4-inch tube OD: 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch male NPT tank connection.
• 3/8-inch tube OD: 1/2-inch or 3/4-inch male NPT tank connection.
• 1/2-inch tube OD: 1/2-inch, 3/4-inch or 1-inch male NPT tank connection.

Each combination can be ordered with or without a ball valve. A 1-inch NPT tank connection with 1/4- or 3/8-inch tubing requires a custom quote to establish the fitting or adapter arrangement.

The tank mounting fitting must be specified as bored through for the selected tube OD. NPT is nominal thread size; the tank/nozzle passage must provide clearance for the actual tube diameter. Final fitting selection, clearance and pressure suitability are confirmed before fabrication.

The outlet and valve connections are separate from the tank mounting thread. Standard outlet: 1/4-inch NPT for 1/4- and 3/8-inch tube OD, or 1/2-inch NPT for 1/2-inch tube OD. Connection size does not specify the valve bore or flow capacity. Other outlet arrangements are available by custom quote.

• 1/4-inch tube OD: 1/4-inch NPT outlet and optional 1/4-inch FNPT ball valve.
• 3/8-inch tube OD: 1/4-inch NPT outlet and optional 1/4-inch FNPT ball valve.
• 1/2-inch tube OD: 1/2-inch NPT outlet and optional 1/2-inch FNPT ball valve.

Select With ball valve to include the valve size listed for your tube OD. The outlet is male NPT without a valve and female NPT with a valve. Alternate outlet or valve sizes are available by custom quote.
